Volleyball is a team sport where two teams of six players use their hands and arms to hit a ball over a net, aiming to score points by grounding the ball on the opposing team’s side of the court or forcing an opponent’s error. Players utilize fundamental skills like serving, setting, and spiking, with rotation and specialized positions like the libero adding strategic depth to the game. Points are scored using a “rally point system” where a point is awarded on every rally, and a set is won by reaching 25 points with a two-point lead

Swimming
Supervised swimming sessions in our designated swimming area help campers build confidence and enjoy water activities safely. We have a shallow end with an accessible sloped entry and a dock over deep water that’s available after a swim test. On the first day of swimming periods all kids will complete their swim checks overseen by our Camp Associate, who is an American Red Cross certified lifeguard.
